This Tutorial uses Paint Shop Pro and Eye Candy 4000. It does not matter which version of PSP you use. I have zipped up the tubes, mask, background and the glitter fill for you to use, get them Here.

Place the mask background and glitter fill in to whatever folder you use for your images. The tubes are in PSP format so, just open them in PSP and export them as tubes. The Between Worlds Tube was made by Karon Dey, the Cattails Tube is I believe one of Jazzl's and the Butterfly and flowers Tube was made by me. You may use your own background, glitter fill and tubes if you like. I will tell you that light to medium colors are the best to use for this Tutorial, I tried darker background colors and the results were less than pleasing. Below is what you will be creating.

You will want to refer to it for placement of the Tubes as we go along. I'm not real big on using Screen shots.

Okay, let's get started.

Open up your background and glitter tiles and the mask and minimize for now. Open a new image 400 by 400 transparent and add a new layer, this will be the layer for your first tube. Put the Between worlds tube at a scale of 80% on layer two placing it in the middle with these settings and sharpen once after placement.

Now click on layer one and flood fill with the between worlds bkg blinds that I have provided or one of your own. Click on layer 2, your tube layer and set the layer blend mode to Luminance and bring your opacity down to 71%.

Using Eye Candy 4000 Shadowlab apply these settings:

Now go to Sharpen/ Sharpen. Then go back to Shadowlab and apply it again with the same settings. Add a new layer and apply the Butterfly and flowers tube at a scale of 80%  just below where you applied the first tube. See finished creation for placement. Go to your layer pallet and bring layer 3 below layer 2, Layer 2 will always be on top. Change your layer blend mode to Luminance on the butterfly layer and bring the opacity down to 56%. Now apply Shadowlab to the butterfly layer at the same settings then sharpen once. Add a new layer and place Cattails tube at a scale of 100% to the right edge of the glass the lady is laying on. Make this layers blend mode to Luminace with opacity at 56%. Use Shadowlab again same settings, then sharpen once then Shadowlab once again at same settings. Go to layers/ duplicate and then image/ mirror. Now using your mover tool move your cattails into place at the edges of the glass. Since we do not merge our layers until we are completely finished you may move your tubes at any time using my finished creation as your guide. Now you can also use your eraser tool and just erase the leaves that are showing up in her hair and leg and foot. You don't really have to be precise here. Now your layer order should look like this screenshot below:

Add a new layer and go to masks/ new from image and find Dmsk0480 on drop down list and click okay, be sure invert mask data is not checked. Flood fill the mask with the Glitter fill and then go to masks/ delete and click okay. Next sharpen once and then Shadowlab once with the same settings we have been using.. Set the blend mode on the mask layer to Luminance, opacity 100%. Now go to your layer pallette and bring layer 5 down so that it rests between layer one and layer3. Merge all flatten and save as and you are done.
