This Tutorial is all done in PSP7, and this one cannot be done in any other version, you do not need any outside filters.

I have zipped up the images you will need and you can get them HERE.

Unzip the images to whatever folder you use to keep your images in.

You of course can use your own images to do this Tut if you like.

Below is what you will be creating:

Here we go!

Open all the images in PSP and minimize all but the Baby Dragon image.

1. Add a symmetrical border of 10 to the image, select your border with the magic wand and flood fill the border with the lilac metallic brush image, angle 0 and size is 100%. Keep Selected.

2. Now go to effects/3d effects/drop shadow and apply these settings Vertical and Horizontal = 1, Opacity = 55, Blur = 5 and the color is black.Apply this drop shadow again but change Vertical and Horizontal to minus 1. Keep selected.

3. Now go to effects/geometric effects/ripple and use these settings: Amplitude = 10, Wavelength = 40, Horizontal and Vertical Center = 50. Deselect.

4. Now we will add another border of 10 symmetrical and select it with the magic wand, and then flood fill with lilac metallic brush image, angle 0 and size is 100%. Keep Selected.

5. Now repeat steps 2 and 3 using the same settings. Deselect.

6. Add another symmetrical border of 10 and select border with magic wand. This time we will flood fill with allys gold fill image, angle 0 and size 100%. Now repeat steps 2 and 3 again with the same settings we have been using. Do this step a total of two times, flood filling the final border with the lilac metallic brush image. Now you should have 4 borders, 3 with the lilac metallic brush image and 1 with the allys gold fill image. Keep selected.

7. Now apply an inner bevel with the settings shown below:
