Welcome to my Background Tutorials. I have made these Tutorials to try to inspire you to play around in PSP with all those wonderful filters we have all been downloading. My official Background tester is Phyl, she does a terrific job for me. Thanks Phyl, Loves Ya Dearly! I hope you are inspired here. These Tutorials are all done in PSP, and it does not matter what version you use for the most part. I will let you know at the beginning of each Tut if it requires a specific version.
